typical misunderstanding about practicing yoga is that you need to be
strong, young, thin, and flexible to start it. On the contrary, yoga
will benefit ANY BODY
and the further you are away from that ideal, the
more you will benefit from it! So no matter what shape you are in, you
can practice yoga. I promise!
Private lessons are a great way
introduce yourself to yoga if you are a beginner or a way to enhance
and fine-tune your established practice. I often see students
feeling overwhelmed or intimidated in a group setting. Some students,
because of certain personal situations and specific goals, need more
individual attention that simply can’t be addressed in a group class.
