can practice yoga. I promise!
Private lessons are a great way
to
introduce yourself to yoga if you are a beginner or a way to enhance
and fine-tune your established practice. I often see students
feeling overwhelmed or intimidated in a group setting. Some students,
because of certain personal situations and specific goals, need more
individual attention that simply can’t be addressed in a group class.
It could be frustration with a specific pose or maybe you’re ready to
progress in your practice but don’t know how. In a private
session with me, you will have my full attention so you can get the
results you want.

an effort to
manage the severe scoliosis that I’ve had since I was a teenager, I
recently began yoga at the advice of my health professionals.
I
quickly discovered, however, that I was having difficulty in
participating in the various group classes because of the need for
specialized modifications for my practice. After numerous

developing a yoga program tailored for my age (57) and condition. As a
